Haines Traveled A Lot On The Taxpayers

Virginia Haines |
Haines, the former State Lottery Director who wasted more than
$103,000 in taxpayers money on out-of-state and overseas travel, is
the Clement GreedClub's newly designated "Sr. Vice President."
Records Falsification By Mrs. Clement
As Mrs. Haines Watched
The records falsification was undertaken two years ago, as Haines
watched, by Mrs. Clement
and three other DMUA commissioners appointed at the behest of the Clements
who approved a false set of authority minutes to accommodate
the Republican Club schedule for the job switch scam where Virginia
Haines was appointed to Mayor Clarence Aldrich's township committee
seat in exchange for making Aldrich the DMUA "Superintendent."

The job switch episode was a
blatant political payoff which was later also exposed as a pension scam
manipulation.
GreedClub Election Brooked No Opposition
Clement GreedClub officers and trustees were "elected" last week in an
"election" where the slate came from a nominating committee
appointed by Clement with no additional nominations allowed and no
opposition from the floor permitted by GreedClub by-laws.
Haelig Calls Vote To Hire New $85,000 DMUA Executive
"Misguided, Counterproductive And Ill Advised,"
And A Threat To Township Open Space Program
"This vote puts to rest any real prospect of reducing our budget
deficit for this year," Haelig said, adding that the "misguided and
ill advised" decision to hire the new $85,000 executive will also be a
factor in "whether and to what extent" the DMUA can "comfortably
participate in the township's open space program."
"We cannot continue to overspend our budget and not expect
consequences for our rate-payers," Haelig said.
Mrs. Clement Says New "Executive" Will Be Hired In June
Mrs. Clement said the new DMUA "executive" will be hired at the DMUA's
June meeting.
Benyola, Bilotta, Manforti And Mrs. Clement
Continue To Turn Their Backs On The Public
More on the Wednesday 4/28 DMUA meeting where Republican Club Commissioners also took another
hilarious crack at the OCP Microphone removal controversy, made some
tenuous policy on open space acquisition, wasted more money on
worthless professional services
over the objections of Chairman Robert Haelig, and insulted the intelligence of the
ratepayers a few more times, as Benyola, Bilotta, Manforti and Mrs.
Clement continued to turn their backs on the public (literally and
metaphorically).
