R. Ciullo |
GOP Club Vice President Ciullo Removes Offensive Material From His
Personal Copy-Cat Smear Site After Top Officials In Two Berkeley
School Systems Warn Him That Internet Vulgarity Will Not Be Tolerated
Offensive Behavior From Ciullo Sets Terrible Example For Both School
Children And Board Members
Berkeley Township:
Most newly elected school board members sincerely try to set a good
example for the taxpayers and school children they are elected to
serve.
Ciullo Sets Bad Example For School Children Everywhere
But Republican Club Vice President Richard Ciullo, elected to the
Central Regional School Board by default after thousands of senior
citizens stayed home and didn't vote, deviated radically from the
norm, and apparently couldn't wait to set a very bad example for
school children everywhere by publishing an offensive and profane
internet diatribe before the ink was even dry on the election returns.
Lied Repeatedly During The Campaign
Ciullo lied repeatedly during the campaign, selling himself as a
"leader" in tax reform issues, when he was - and is - no such thing.
Ciullo Covered Up His Political Office
He knew perfectly well that voters would like to know the level of his
political activity, but he covered up his election as Vice President
of the Berkeley Republican GreedClub, and withheld it from voters in
the non-partisan school board campaign.
Ciullo Showed Taxpayers They Made A Big Mistake
When the campaign was over, Ciullo didn't waste any time showing
Berkeley taxpayers they made a big mistake in electing him. The
election returns were barely history when Ciullo, itching for
retribution against his critics, put some raw material up on his
personal website, the likes of which is not often seen in Ocean
County, even among Berkeley Republicans.
Setting An Example For Berkeley School Children:
Direct Quotes From Ciullo's Web Site
Excerpts from Ciullo's low life attack on OCP editorial staff:
These are direct quotes from Ciullo's personal WebSite:
"Come up with the best usage of the term SCHIFF when
substituted for the word
SHIT,"
Ciullo says. "Some examples:"
"You don't know Schiff!"
"You have Schiff for brains!"
"Eat Schiff!"!
"The dog
Schiff on the rug!" Ciullo said.
Ciullo Finds A Way To Offend Nearly Everybody
So right after the school board election, an arrogant Ciullo finds a
way to offend nearly everybody.
School Administrators Ordered Ciullo
To Remove Offensive Material
When school administrators found out about the offensive material,
however, Ciullo's disgusting and demeaning little smear became quite a
different story, and he was forced to take it down at the risk of
losing support for remaining on the school board.
They reminded
Ciullo that he had special responsibilities as a school board
member to the children as well as their parents.
GOP Candidate Montagna Won 2001 Election For
Democrats After Lewd Gesture To Three HS Seniors
Earned Him Recognition As "Frank The Finger"
Strange as it
seems, this
is not the first time a Berkeley Republican GreedClub member displayed
appallingly bad judgement and offensive behavior as a school board
member.
Finger Factor
|

Frank The Finger |
Former school board member Frank Montagna (Belleville High School)
made an obscene gesture to three high school seniors a few years ago,
and it earned him a reprimand from his colleagues on the Belleville
School Board and the nickname "Frank The Finger."
Four Ward Seats Went To The Democrats
The Finger Chronicles were a major factor in the Democratic sweep of
four Berkeley ward council seats in 2001.
OCP will soon take stock of the "Finger Factor," and Ciullo's really
bad behavior in continuing coverage of the indisputable fact that
Berkeley Republicans, from Amato to Bunnell to Ciullo to Frank
"The Finger," have developed an amazing capacity over the years for
shooting themselves in their collective foot.
