Ciullo, Vice President of the Berkeley Republican Club, is
currently involved, either directly or indirectly, with
attempts to conceal or cover up blatant political payoffs at
two Berkeley school systems and Ocean County.
Yezzi Payoffs At Berkeley School Systems
Both of the Ciullo cover-ups are connected, in part, with
contract and crony scams related to huge taxpayer-funded
school board payments for Architect Massimo Yezzi, a
Republican Committeeman from Dover Township, Yezzi's wife,
April, the President of the Ocean County Women's Republican
Federation, and alleged collusion on the part of Republican
Club President Anthony DePaola, a member and former president
of the Berkeley School Board.
DiPaola Payola Whacks Taxpayers: Yezzi Got
$2 Million; Tried To Smear Bowens And Fredella

DePaola |
DiPaola, a candidate for re-election to the school board that
handed Yezzi nearly $2 million in no-bid "architectural"
fees, is a principal in another cover-up related to his
participation in a skeevy smear of opposition school board
candidates, Douglas Bowens and Thomas Fredella, who are
running against DePaola and Kevin Askew, treasurer of the same
Republican Club DePaola is president of.
"I'm not questioning the integrity of anybody," said DePaola,
as he and Ciullo smoothly proceeded to question the integrity
of Bowens and Fredella, the only two candidates for the
Berkeley School Board who were not part of the Yezzi payoff
scam.

Berkeley Republican municipal chairman Carmen Amato, President
of the Central Regional School Board and a candidate for a
Ward II Berkeley council seat, is also collaborating with
Ciullo in the Yezzi payoff cover-up.
Haelig Smeared Again For Exposing
Records Falsification Issues
|

Deborah Clement |
Both Ciullo and Marshall have attacked veteran Dover Municipal
Utilities Authority Commissioner and Republican reform leader
Robert K. Haelig Jr. with a rash of false allegations designed
to promote a cover-up of the latest scam activities being
perpetrated at the DMUA by the new Chairman, Juan Bellu and
Vice Chairman Deborah Clement.
Haines-Aldrich Cover-Up
|

Juan Bellu |
Bellu and Mrs. Clement continue to cover up the falsification
of official authority minutes involving former Chairman
Virginia Haines and an attempt by the Dover Republican Club to
adjust the official record to show a motion that official
tapes show clearly never happened regarding a DMUA payroll pad
handed to former Mayor Clarence Aldrich.
Latest DMUA Cover-Up Involves
Meinders, Wnek, Usual Suspects

Paul Wnek |
As if this were not bad enough, the DMUA stooges agreed at the
last meeting, over Haelig's vehement objections, to offer an
apology to former DMUA attorney Richard Meinders for exploring
Meinders' role in another falsification of official minutes
which Meinders suppressed for over a year without allowing
them to be considered by the commissioners.
No Accurate Record Of Controversial '03 Meeting

Scam |
|

Richard
Meinders |
The refusal of Bellu and Mrs. Clement to make an accurate
record of what happened at a controversial 2003 authority
meeting was related to a public record which was blatantly
falsified by former authority chairman Paul "Wacky" Wnek.
The falsification was perpetuated by Meinders' mishandling of
the minutes approval process and exacerbated by Bellu, Mrs.
Clement and the other Republican Club stooges who were made
authority commissioners by the Clements and Republican County
Chairman George Gilmore.
157,000 Reasons For April To Make A Disclosure,
But She Never Did, And Neither Did Massimo
Another DMUA cover-up being run on the taxpayers by Bellu and
the Clements involves $157,000 in payments made to Yezzi by
the Ocean County Utilities Authority while April Yezzi was
being appointed a DMUA commissioner.
All attempts by Haelig and others to draw attention to the
monumental conflict of interest created when both Architect
Yezzi and April Yezzi failed to make the indicated disclosure
and conflict of interest declaration have been squelched by
Bellu and the Clements.
