According to CyberKrank Richard Ciullo, it was "fraudulent"
for his critics to point out in the school board election that
architect Massimo Yezzi was paid nearly $2 million in
taxpayers money from no-bid contracts with Berkeley schools.
Ciullo, who has
helped to further politicize local schools since his election
to the school board last year, is also Vice President of the
local Republican Club.

Featuring Defecating Sheep
Ciullo is also the
operator of an offensive Republican WebSite that recently
featured a picture of a sheep defecating on the head of a
former school board member who disagrees with Ciullo on the
payola that is now endemic in Berkeley schools.

Ciullo says it's
evidence of a "hate-filled campaign" for two young school
board candidates not connected with him and other officers of
the Republican Club to inform voters that Central Board
President Carmen Amato, Republican Chairman in Berkeley, was
recently handed a useless $85,000 job by GOP freeholders,
possibly in return for Republican patronage dispensed by
Amato
at Central.
Bowens And Fredella, Campaigning
On A Shoestring, Came Real Close
Two young candidates, Douglas Bowens and Thomas Fredella, on a
financial shoestring in their first try for public office,
came within 120 votes of defeating entrenched Republican
patronage junkies on the Berkeley elementary school board.

Moral Victory For Taxpayers As Political Budgets
Tank By Huge Margins
Votes for Bowens and Fredella represented a huge moral victory
for taxpayers who defeated both politics-infested school
budgets by the largest margins in NJ.
Ciullo, Amato, GOP Credibility Tanks, Too
Amato and Ciullo, who put their dwindling credibility on the
line in demanding passage of the budgets, came up with barely
40% of the vote in favor of spending plans that featured
several obvious political payoffs for their Republican cronies
and campaign contributors.
Undisclosed Contributions - Unidentified Contributors
Bowens and Fredella also pointed out that Ciullo received
$9745 last year in undisclosed contributions from unidentified
contributors of $400 or less, and that Ciullo has refused to
say who gave him the money despite public demands that he do
so.
Some of the money may be from the Yezzi's. Earlier this year,
Ciullo and Amato handed Yezzi's wife April, President of the
Ocean County Women's Federation, a $70,000 job as Assistant
Business Administrator at Central Regional.
Yezzi Gave To Five Different Slush Funds
Benefiting Berkeley GOP Causes
The Yezzi's have given money to five different political slush
funds which funnel money to Berkeley Republicans.
Ciullo voted for Mrs. Yezzi's appointment even though he is
the designer of the Women's Federation WebSite.
The school votes and resounding budget defeats held ominous
possibilities for Amato who, despite his non-partisan
camouflage as Central board president, is the Republican
candidate for Council in Berkeley Township's Ward II.

Ward II Residents May Punish
Amato's Duplicity When They Vote
Revelations of Yezzi payoffs and other political maneuvers
connected with GOP domination of the Berkeley schools may not
go unnoticed by general election voters who are beginning to
realize how thoroughly they have been ripped off by Ciullo and
Amato and DePaola and numerous other political stooges
associated with the culture of greed that controls the
Republican apparatus in Ocean County and Berkeley Township.

Hidden Gilmore Greed Tax
May Cost Taxpayers More Than $100 Millon Extra Each Year |
Many observers believe that crony payoffs and numerous other
consequences of the repressive pay-to-play no-bid political
Boss system run by Republican County Chairman George Gilmore
and some Democratic leaders are components of a secret hidden
tax that may cost the taxpayers of the county more than $100
million extra each year.
Will Amato reap the consequences of the political payoffs at
Central Regional as he campaigns for the council seat in
Berkeley Township in the 2005 election?
And will Ciullo, who just today accused Berkeley Democratic
officials of "incest" after making a series of wild charges
against OceanCountyPolitics, be punished through
Amato by voters who are already becoming wary of their sick
attacks on everybody who disagrees with them, even for a
minute?
Three Shots At Amato In One 12 Month
Period: It Doesn't Get Any Better Than That
And what about the school board elections next year when five
seats are up in Berkeley? Bowens and Fredella were delighted
with the vote they got on Tuesday, and they may be available
for another try. And this time, Amato's school board seat is
up, so voters may give the overpaid and underworked one three
well-deserved comeuppances in one 12 month period.
