Former Democratic
County Chairman Al Santoro was appointed by County Election Board
Chairman George Gilmore as “Election Board Supervisor” which is a $100,000 euphemism
for a place to sleep in the daytime. Al’s in charge of seeing to it
that most Democrats lose. Al’s been doing a very good job, especially
in Beachwood where he lives, and in Seaside Heights, where Gilmore
owns the local government.
Moriarty Ripped-Off Senior Programs
Former Dover
Democrat boss “Doctor” Moriarty is the blackmailer of Democratic Mayor
Paul Brush. Moriarty, who is cited by the Federal department of Health
and Human Services for
“fraud/kickbacks” involving Medicaid and other Senior programs, was
hired by Gilmore candidates in Dover and Brick to vilify the
opposition and make up lies for the campaigns of Mayoral candidate
Stephen Acropolis in Brick, and pay-to-play lawyer Gregory McGuckin,
Maria Maruca, Mo Hill and Brian Kubiel, council candidates in Dover.

Former Democratic County
Chairman Fred Potter, the teamster leader who is regarded as the lowest of the low, offended everybody except
Gilmore and the Axis-Of-Greed when he sold out last year, took a dive
on the
2004 freeholder election, sold his own candidates down the river with the
natural consequence that several local elections the Democrats
could have won (Lacey, Barnegat, Seaside Park) went down the drain as
well.
Horn, Former Dover Dem Chair, Is Moriarty’s Lawyer
Former Dover
Democrat Chairman Jeffrey Horn, who got an appointment to the Ocean
County Tax Board, is Senior Swindler Moriarty’s lawyer. He says the
Federal HHS citation for “Fraud/Kickbacks” by Moriarty is “a mistake”
but, like all of the other Gilmore stooges, he won’t submit any
documentation.
Horn was dumped
by Dover Democrats following Moriarty's disgrace in 2003 when he got
caught trying to extort Mayor Brush out of the 2003 mayoralty
campaign, threatening the mayor (who was an independent candidate)
with false insurance fraud charges.
OCP Asked Horn
Twice For Evidence
OCP
asked Horn twice recently to submit evidence that the Federal HHS
citation was "a mistake," but Horn failed to do so, and supplied
nothing at all except bluster and threats as Moriarty continued the
campaign of lies and received large amounts of campaign cash,
(estimated to total $250,000) from the McGuckin campaign in Dover and
the Acropolis campaign in Brick.
